Marketing Coordinator (1 position)

We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator (1 position) to join our Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute tactical and strategic marketing plans
• Update and maintain company websites
• Support the development of marketing collaterals
• Support sales and business development activities
• Manage customer communications and maintain mailing list
• Administer marketing budget and generate marketing reports
• Work closely with vendors

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or related
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Internet-savvy and keen interest in social media
• Team player and an avid learner
• Meticulous, resourceful, responsible and able to multi-task in fast pace environment
• Relevant experience in marketing communications, and/or business development will be an added advantage
